Both fixed and variable displacement models make up this range of axial piston pumps. Their high performance ratings and efficiency are achieved with a variety of hydraulic fluids.

Fixed displacement models are noted for their volumetric and mechanical efficiency.

Description

The Vickers PVB Piston Pump is no longer manufactured, there is limited stock still available however these will only deplete over time. Fortunately, the Continental Hydraulics HPV PowerFlow series of piston pumps are a direct replacement. Output flow sizes are equal to the Vickers PVB units and include the 6, 10, 15, 20 and 29 US gallons per minute sizes @ 170 RPM.

Four standard HPV series control options provide the customer with the flexibility to match the Vickers PVB pump series, including the standard Pressure compensated unit, the Load Sensing Compensator, Remote Compensator and the Horsepower limiting Compensator.
